Trackme error

I have read everything I can find but cant get this to work. When I hit the record button to start the process It tries to upload and then I get an error and it proceeds to show me the code for my website on the trackme app. This is at least telling me that its connecting to my website. There is nothing showing up in the Manage tracks. Although I have a map with the code in it I am just trying to make it connect for now.
I have entered my url header and server extension as in the plugin. I have tried every username and password combination I can think of in the trackme app. My site login, wordpress login, my site name with the trackserver password provided. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I would really like to use what looks to be an ingenious app. Could it be that I am using Divi theme ? ( I hope you say no ).
I know you get many of these because I read a lot of them, but I just cant seem to make it work. Its the fact that the trackme app says error uploading position and then shows me the html code for my site that is really confusing me….
