    It is possible that the widget area into which you are dragging the Footer Trademarks widgets is narrow – and hence there is only room for a single trademark.

    Another possibility is that your WordPress theme is enforcing a single trademark per row.

    It is necessary to see the site URL to assess what CSS needs to be changed to resolve this.
