Traffic link not working

    Which shipping provider do you use?
    How do you add tracking information to orders?

    Hello,

    This one was send by UPS in US.

    The tracking information is done by the connection between printful and wordpress connected to the AST pluigin.

    If you were to copy the tracking number directly into UPS tracking website it works, but the link generated from my site is the one showing the error.

    Hi @pixelpdev,
    We checked the UPS tracking link and it’s working fine.
    Try adding tracking information manually on the order details page and check the tracking link.
