Traffic link not working

Hello,
I have installed this plugin as a recommendation from Printful. But, when the customer receives the email: “Your order is now complete” with order information and tracking information, the link included into the shipping and tracking information doesn’t work. It shows a big error message that says that it can not find the server.

If you copy and past the tracking number into UPS in this case it shows the package information.
