Traffic Manager- Geolocalisation Map not showing statistics

    HI,
    i am using your plugin traffic manager it good,
    i am having a problem at
    “Geolocalisation of visits/ visitors during the last 15 days”
    the two maps
    1) world map & 2) The European map
    these two maps are not showing any statistics on them.

    When i goto (place cursor on it) these map then on all countries it shows message as undefined

    like russia ( undefined)
    canada ( undefined)

    Can you kindly please tell me that how to fix it is very important.

    You did not select “use IPInfoDb to know where the users are” (you would have to create an account on that service”

    If you do not know where the user are you cannot use the maps ??

    HI,
    i have obtained api key and entered in it but it is still giving me an error message.

    There was a problem while contacting the server.

    file_get_contents(https://api.ipinfodb.com/v3/ip-city/?key=….&format=xml): failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found

    Kindly tell me how to resolve this issue plz?

    Dude, you key is private so I recommand you edit your post to hide it.

    It appears that you are not allowed by your provider to open a distant connexion to an external website.

    ==> This feature is not available for you due to hoster restriction (I assume)

    So to try out the possible solutions,

    Should i contact my hosting company ? If yes then what should i ask to them in order to solve this problem…
