So two issues here are enabling the plugin.

    1. Active users in Google Analytics is now showing as 1-2 per day instead of 40-70. This occured as soon as the plugin was active.
    2. Transactions appear in Google Analytics fine, but items added to cart, items purchased and item revenue all appear as 0

    Hi there!

I understand your concern, and I’m here to help you resolve this issue.

?First we’d like to make sure that the WooCommerce Google Analytics integration is set up right. It’s important that you have the correct settings in both WooCommerce and GA4 for the events to track properly.

    Please check the following:

    1. Ensure that you’ve enabled the ‘Enable GA4 Support’ option in WooCommerce → Settings → Integration if you’re using the older version of analytics.
    2. Make sure you’ve entered the correct Measurement ID in the plugin settings for GA4.
    3. Look into whether you’ve enabled the ‘Purchase’ events within the Google Analytics Integration settings to fully track e-commerce activity.

If these are good, try to clear any caches on your site, as they can sometimes prevent the latest changes from showing up.

If you still facing that issue, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

    Thank you
