Traffic statistic just not right.

Hi, its me again, now I found 3 different case:
1. Someone click our website make a conversion trough ppc, we can see it on ppc analytics, we can see it in convertable dashboard, but in email, it come as direct?
2. We tried to click on ppc, make a conversion, it comes to our email as ppc, but not shown as ppc in dashboard??
3. In a day in our ppc analytics we see there is 2 conversion, but in dashboard / email only shows none of them???please advise how it happen?
