Trailing “?????????” on /wp-admin/install.php

    I’ve hosted a domain https://www.superblink.net
    My Server is hosted with Plesk control Panel.
    1. I created db successfully with database Admin Panel.
    2.I have extracted wordpress file into /httpdocs.
    3 Edited wp-config-sample.php to wp-config.php.
    4. When I run superblink.net/wp-admin/install.php.
    5. Error ‘500’ got removed when I run install.php on
    firefox
    Now
    Problem: Page shows traling ‘?’s and some symbols like encrypted characters on install.php with firefox broser.
