Transaction Cancelled: Fixed?

Noticed the other thread was closed – but there wasn’t really a final comment from WooCommerce or PayPal.
With that said, I’ve tested again this morning a few times (after making none of the suggested changes) and everything seems to be working fine.
Can anyone else report the same?
