Transaction does not charge when user is logged out

  • It works (creates both Stripe token & charge) when the user is logged in on the WordPress site, but only creates the token but no charge when the user is logged out. Any idea what’s causing this?

    When the user is not logged in and the charges are failing, do you have any error code shown in Stripe admin panel ?

    That could help a lot.
