Transaction Failed

Recently donors have not been able to submit contributions from our site. When redirected to PayPay, this is the error they receive: “Invalid Regular period. You must specify valid values for the A3, P3, and T3 parameters for a subscription.”

Is there a setting issue in the plugin or is this error on the PayPal side? Below you will find our system information:
