    Hello, I’m using knit pay plugin connected with Razorpay. And the plugin works great. But it shows some error message in the configuration like “Processing gateway transaction feedback in the background requires additional configuration”. What is this? And how to I fix this? Thank you

    Thanks for reaching us.
    The option which you are talking about is not an error message, it’s just a notification that you should configure Razorpay webhook for better performance. Even if you will not setup Razorpay Webhook, Knit Pay will work fine in most of the cases.
    We have also implemented feature in which Razorzpay Webhook setup get complete automatically for most of the razorpay accounts. You can just double check if Razorpay webhook is complete for you or not.
