    This screenshot shows the custom fields on a product.
    And this screenshot shows an order with the transaction ID blank.
    But please note that those are not related fields.

    The transaction ID on the order should be added automatically, and as I understand, when the order is made with a credit card, it is not adding the transaction ID, is this correct?

    Can you please confirm for us which payment gate way you are using?

    We are using Eway Payment Gateway by WebAware.

    Hi @ytian03,

    Thanks for sharing further details on this. From my understanding, a transaction ID is usually generated by the payment gateway once a payment is successfully processed. Are you able to check if all transactions are generating the transaction ID?

    Was this setup working before? If it was, do you remember making any changes before the issue started, such as updating or installing plugin(s)?

    This is only happening for Credit Card Transactions, it happened when we change the Gateway Payment plugin. We change from WooCommerce Eway Payment Gateway by Eway to Eway Payment Gateway by WebAware since we are having issues using WooCommerce Eway Payment Gateway by Eway.

    Thank you for sharing these details. It appears the issue is related to the Eway Payment Gateway by WebAware plugin.

    As, this is a third-party plugin, and we don’t provide help & support for 3rd-party plugins or themes as they’re outside our?support scope. It would be best to reach out to the plugin developer for further assistance.
