Perhaps an idea to provide info concerning where to find the transactions ID for beginners (like me ?? ) ?

I payed using the Atomic Wallet, and on the transaction there you find to- and from-address and the hash, but it doesn’t tell that the hash is the same as the transaction ID.

So I googled and came to https://explorer.cardano.org/en, which of course solved it since there Transaction ID is clearly stated.

All this is probably obvious stuff for people familiar with using crypte, but the point is to spread the use to new users. Just a thought.

    best regards

    Hello Karl,

Thank you very much for the input, there are alot of different wallets out there,
so I will adjust the installation information to try and include where and what the transaction ID might look like for beginners.

    Thanks again

    Hi Steve,

The info you provided in the plugin description is good, but I was thinking this perhaps could be good to have directly in the checkout experience somewhere.

One way could be to provide a link to the official cardano ID-explorer (which opens new tab) below the input field in step 2, something like:

    “Find ID here”

Perhaps I’m wrong about that, since people who choose to pay with ADA most probably know what a transaction ID is.

    Just a something to consider.

Thank you for the good work!

    Karl

    Hi Karl,

Thank you for the input, I’ll play around with a couple of ideas I have for the next release to make it easier for everyone.

    Kind Regards
    Steve
