    Hi,
    I have used the plugin to complete the e-commerce section of my site. I have a working PayUMoney account which I am actively using for more than last six months. I also got the relevant Key & Salt from PayUMoney.

    At the time of completion of a transaction, it shows a message of connecting to merchant site and after a few moments, it show an error message – Sorry, Some Problem Occurred. Screen shot of the error message is available at https://snag.gy/AMIsd.jpg.

    Kindly provide some information, why this problem is occurring and what may be the solution?

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
    Please update the plugin to version 2.0.10+

    FIX: PayU India previously used a standard Key and Salt for TEST Mode, now they use the actual client’s active KEY & SALT. We have updated our plugin to accommodate this change.

    Hi _KDC-Labs,

    I have updated the plugin to the version 2.0.10 – which is currently available in www.ads-software.com repository, but the problem remains same.

    I have disabled the caching plugin (W3 Total Cache) in my site and also cleared the cache in my browser. After upgradation, I tested the system in Google Chrome (version 47.0.2526.106 m) and Mozilla Firefox (version 43.0.4), but it is showing same error.

    I shall again check it after 12 hours and confirm about the same.
