Hello, I have an online store that uses WooCommerce Payments for online credit cards. A lot of the time customers pay for items right away and then they pay for shipping a couple of days later after the items have been packed. After they pay for shipping, I get a notification that the customer was successfully charged, but the only transaction that appears is the initial one. Am I not actually getting paid for shipping?

This is where the customer pays for the item.
This is where the customer pays for the $18.12 shipping, but it gives the same transaction as before despite saying the $18.12 was successfully charged.

    Hello @vanmetre,

    Thank you for reaching out!

Could you please clarify how you are accomplishing this? ??

With WooCommerce Payments, once a product is purchased, the entire amount will be charged or authorised.

Additionally, depending on the product type, the order status will either change to processing or complete not pending payments.

Could you also share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Look forward to hearing back from you.

    Hello,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

    Thanks.
