  • Any news on this as I’m also getting this issue. SHA-in and SHA-out match fine.

    I’m also getting this error.
It works fine in test mode but getting the error on the live version.

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.
    Thanks

OK the transaction verification error is defined to show only then when the feedback digest doesn’t match with the generated one inside your website. Inside the payment gateway settings page please look at the options of AAVCHECK and CVCCHECK parameters. These are the culprits which was causing me to have this error while I was working. Though I kept those options if someone find that relevant. What you can do is to ask your bank’s customer service to tell about these parameter, or you can simply check those check boxes to set their default value as NO. This made the error to be resolved to me. Hopefully they will do so in your cases.

    Thanks for using my plugin.

I have recently setup a WooCommerce site (WordPress 3.6.1 / WooCommerce 2.0.14 / Gateway Plugin v1.0), Barclaycard EPDQ account and used this plugin. I have tried all of the above and still get the ‘Transection verification error!’ with redirect url …checkout/order-received/?wc-api=WC_Nom_EPDQ&orderID=463&currency=GBP&amount=0%2E65&PM=CreditCard&ACCEPTANCE=test123&STATUS=5&CARD

The Barclaycard configuration has got the correct SHA-IN/SHA-OUT phrases, the correct encryption is being used, I tried ticking the AAVCHECK/CVCCHECK boxes and adding them to the ‘Dynamic e-Commerce paramaters’, but nothing makes it work. If I try and process another payment I get the message ‘This order has already been processed’ in the Barclaycard error log, so have to clear my cache to try again.

If I enter a return URL in the Barclaycard backend it does not work either, but I am assuming this fails before it gets to the point where the return URL is acted upon.

Any help would be appreciated to resolve this issue.

@garethjohnvaughan I don’t see any SHASIGN in the return url of your shop. are you sure that you are doing it right?

I was asked to setup a new post, my other information is here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/barclaycard-epdq-woocommerce-payment-gateway-for-wordpress-verification-error this lists my full output including SHASIGN. I believe all informatin needed has been entered into the Barclaycard system.
