Transactional email contents – unable to edit

    You can edit email text contents by using a free translation plugin like Loco Translate. This will allow you to find that phrase and change it to be what you’d like.

    Thanks for the help.

    I’ve tried installing the plugin, but was unable to. It tells me that the installation failed, but it doesn’t tell me why.

    Anyway… Problem still not solved.

    Are you able to install the plugin via FTP? You could refer to this guide if you are not sure how.

    Also, can you install any other plugins?
