  • Why did you not open tickets under the respective plugin fora and instead did it here. MailChimp List Subscribe Form is only for allowing people to subscribe to Mailchimp Lists using a WordPress widget. This plugin does not help with transactional emails nor works with WooCommerce.

    Thanks for your post. As @rhand mentioned, the MailChimp List Subscribe Form plugin does not support any transactional email capability or interact with WooCommerce.
