    Hi,

I’ve contacted your design team by phone and by the form on your website and I’m leaving this message here too.

After setting up the pro version of the NMI for WooCommerce plugin and running a few transactions, I’m getting failures for:

    – business name (should be optional)
    – Visa not accepted
    – email address not included for shipping address

There is no way to remove the business name field and no way to add an email address for shipping address in WooCommerce, which is pointless, because the email address is only for the billing.

It’s critical I hear from someone soon, as we are losing sales because of these issues in migration to your plugin. We’re using Fortress Payments as our processor.

There is NO clear instruction on how to connect Fortress Payments with your plugin. The only way I can see to do that is to use the free version and add the API key for Fortress, but I’m not sure if both plugins need to be active. The documentation on this plugin is abysmal.

Also, in your installation instructions, there is no “Chekout” tab in WooCommerce at this time, so you can’t configure the 3 step API.

I apologize for the issues you’re having. I am looking into finding a solution right now & have also reached out to you via email. I will be working on this issue this afternoon to find a solution.

The installation instructions are out of date. Rather than ‘Checkout’, you should look for the ‘Payments’ tab, under WooCommerce > Settings. This has changed in WooCommerce since we last updated the instructions and I will make a point to get this updated with our next release.

I will post an update here when I have more answers.
