Transactions failing but still charging card…

  • All of a sudden just over a week ago all the wordpress sites on my VPS started having issues processing CC transactions.

    The credit cards are immediately charged I can see them on our account and sales gets the merchant receipt direct from authorize.net

    However the woocommerce orders just report:
    “There was a problem connecting to the payment gateway.”
    “Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled.”

    I can’t find any explanation.
