Transactions not Processing for clients

  • Good Day

    I have noticed on multiple clients selecting the Bobpay method that the payment is not going through, Since the 29th April 2023. We have recently moved from shared hosting to a VPS and I have confirmed the Passphrase and the client code is correct on the plugin.

    My current Version of WordPress was until yesterday version: 6.5.2 and is now Current version: 6.5.3.

    Our Bobpay version is Version:?1.0.19

    Latest orders with issue I have are on

    Date 2024-05-07 Order #377781 with costumer IP ***

    Date 2024-05-07 Order #377780  with costumer IP *** “client now cancelled order”

    Date 2024-05-02 Order #377779 with costumer IP *** “client cancelled order”
