Transalte all content

Hi. I′m looking for a plugin that can translate all content in a WP site. I′ve tried qTranslate and xLanguage but they don′t work as nice as I would like it to. I′ve also tried wp-multilingual but it doesn′t seem to work with 3.0 (I′ve also tried changing the editor as the plugin suggested). I′m now thinking about installing a network-wp for the language files.

Any other suggestions anyone?
