That sounds possible as an add-on. Are you wanting a downloadable transcript? If you give me some more info about how you would expect this to work and be displayed then that would be super helpful ??

I have been adding my own to the description, but I would love to see it integrated into the post through the backend. Here’s what I am doing on my own. I like that it currently appears in the RSS feed so that listeners can click on it from wherever they listen. It would be great if there was a field like the “Podcast file” field on the backend that would let me designate it from the media library in the same window. It’s not difficult to upload the PDF, go into the media item details, copy the item’s direct link, and go back and add the link, but it’s also not very efficient. Thanks for considering it!

OK, that makes sense and would be pretty straight forward to build. I’ll look into this as an option for an add-on ??

You’ll be interested to know that I have just published a Transcripts add-on that offers the features you’re looking for here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/seriously-simple-transcripts/

    Enjoy! ??
