Where to configure transcript options

    Hello –

    I installed the 3CX webchat yesterday and was able to get it up and running. I can’t find where to configure chat transcripts. The documentation for the feature does not appear to be correct.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Self-hosted 3CX (windows 2019): Enterprise 16.0.9
    Self-hosted WordPress version (Ubuntu): 5.7.1
    3CX Plugin version: 9.3.1

    Hello @sspsnoc ,

    For 3CX mode the chat transcript is not available in the form of email at the moment. You can get the full chat conversation via the 3CX Management Console > Chat Logs.

    Chat transcript is something that we are considering for review in our list of backlog features.
