Transdirect doesn’t show in Shipping Methods

  • I seem to have found a number of support forum threads associated with this issue, but no answers or solutions.
    I have installed Transdirect Plugin and added the API. The API works fine, but the Transdirect Plugin overrides all of my other shipping methods. Furthermore, I cannot select Transdirect in Woocommerce > Shipping Zones > Shipping Methods. Once enabled, Transdirect simply takes over everything.

    Is there away of choosing Transdirect as a Shipping Method, instead of the only shipping method. I have complex Flat Rates and Free Shipping in WooCommerce, which Transdirect cannot do. I also have multiple distribution centres, which again is not fully supported by Transdirect. I can get around this by using Woo Commerce Shipping Methods, but they have all been disabled by Transdirect.
    As I said, the support forums indicate I am not alone with this issue, but none seem to answer the question?

    I will pass this feedback along to the developers of our plugin as we would prefer that the plugin supports shipping along side other methods rather than overriding all settings.

    I add plugin, but don’t see transdirect in shipping methods drop down. I’ve just signed up and trying to get it to work. No luck at all!

    Have you received any feedback from your developers yet as I am still unable to prevent Transdirect overriding all of my other shipping settings?
