Transelation does not work

Hi

I have translation problems. I live in Belgium and I want Dutch as language for the site I made. I use some plugins that are in English but I would like them in Dutch.

I use the Loco Translate plugin and when I see at the translation of a specific plugin it says that they are 100% translated but I don’t see the translation on the website.

Please can someone help me with this? Am I doing something wrong?
