Transfer book over to WordPress

Our firm publishes a book using the program Help & Manual. The book is displayed on a website that people can access for free. We were wondering if there was a way to create a new WordPress site and transfer the book over to it easily, so people can access it there. We then want to make it so that people have to subscribe and log in to the WordPress site to access the book, instead of getting it for free. We want to setup a monthly subscription that can go directly to our PayPal account.
