Transfer content to another WordPress account

Hello All,

I am using wordpress account which belongs to my web design at present but I have opened up my own WordPress account. I have had a few issues with my site so in the end I took time and learned how to set up my account correctly including the coding at the back cause my designer was point my URLs at other peoples site instead of building my site correctly.

I have done all the changes myself with URLs, but a couple of times I have check my accounts and things have changed, or moved. He said that pluggins are changes things but my understanding of pluggins is that you have to instruct them to make changes to your account. I want to transfer my current website to a different WordPress account so I have full control. And he doesn’t want to pay for any plugins example e-commence Ccbill, WP-member and I wanted a professional visual form ￡10 but he just used a free one instead. Buying my own themes cause he said he would change my theme artemis for $500 but I have already paid for my current last month for $950 plus $200 last month for the Choco theme but it vertical and a landscape theme instead for my site.
