Transfer files and forms from one URL to another

Greetings,
I’ve copied the files from my directory within Godaddy to the appropriate location (/wp-content/plugins…). My question is, is there a way to have the forms I’ve already created for one domain also show when I login to the other WP site? I appreciate the consideration.
