Transfer from wordpress.com to www.ads-software.com (corrupt files)

I’ve recently made the transition from wordpress.com to www.ads-software.com. I have managed to import most of my content from one blog to the other (YAY!), all except one part of a file (there were three files in total) It downloads so far but then does not finish (Is it corrupt?) I have comments missing from 4-5 months worth of blog posts and would like to be able to import these. Can somebody please help? I don’t know much about these things, so layman’s terms would be greatly appreciated.
