The domain is currently mapped to https://ourlocality.org/dunbarwoods (new) but I remapped it yesterday from https://ourlocality.org/ lochendwoods (old) and lost the old stats.

In the past I contacted (super friendly) support staff to get the old stats back … but I can’t see a way of contacting them.

If you need further info, let me know. the jetpack account usrname is ourlocality.

    Thank you

After a few days, I thought this would sort itself out. Now there are no stats at all. Neither in the backend of the website nor the mobile app, which reports an unhelpful “An error occurred”.

@tamirat22 can you please have another look? Were they merged onto the current website?

    Hi there,

Looks like the Jetpack connection to your site has broken, so that’s why you can’t see stats.

    Please take two steps:

    1. Update to the latest version of Jetpack
    2. Reconnect Jetpack

Let us know if that brings your stats back!

A manual resync did it, I was not even aware that was an option!

    Thanks
