Transfer Jetpack subscribers to new domain on Jetpack

I am moving my wordpress.com blogs (https://tastinggoodnaturally.wordpress.com and https://tastinggoodnaturallyen.wordpresscom) to a new address : https://www.tastinggoodnaturally.com
and I don’t have any followers anymore but I used to have some. How can I get them back ?
I have jetpack installed. Can someone help me ?
