Transfer some blog posts to a new blog

I have an exiting WordPress blog and I would like to transfer only some of the blog posts to my new site, which has a blog page.
The new site has several new pages, plus dummy data from the theme:

the other site has many more posts than what I want to transfer, but several are of importance to me to transfer.
https://www.connectingspiritwithlife.com
Is there a way to control what gets exported and imported?
