Transfer Subscribers from .com blog to .org blog

I’ve recently moved my wordpress.com blog to a www.ads-software.com blog. I would like to move my subcribers as well, and am not sure how to go about this. I’ve done some research and installed the JetPack plugin, but how do I move them or have them moved over?
