Transfer View Counts from meta key?

    Hello,

    I just switched WordPress themes and the new theme works better with jetpack view counts.
    I didn’t have jetpack enabled for about a year in the old site, and is unfortunately missing a years worth of pageview data.

    Is there any way to import or manually edit the view count of a page?
    It’s fine if there isn’t a way to import, but I would hope there’s a way to edit the view count.

    Hi @markman641,

    Unfortunately, there’s no way to manually import data gathered from a different application into Jetpack stats. And unless a Jetpack blog ID is present in a site’s source (because of a valid, working WordPress.com connection), Jetpack wouldn’t have collected visitor data.
