Transfer wordpress file to cPanel

Hello,
I’ve been working on my wordpress webpage on Wamp as my local server and just signed up with “Justhost.com”, Im currently having trouble trying to figure out how i can tranfer my files that I have been working on my local server on to “cPanel”, I also need it be my subdirectory webpage as it wouldnt be my home page, My idea is to have a different webpage from wordpress which I have successfully uploaded onto cpanel in the “public_html” which I can view on the web, but im abit puzzled as to how I can transfer my wordpress document that I have been working on in my localserver, If someone could helpe I would really be greatful.
