Transfer wp.com subscribers

I just moved from wp.com to a self-hosted solution, and i was wondering how to bring with me my 4000+ followers.

From the threads i read it’s something the wordpress team should be doing, i emailed them but no answer for now, do you have any idea how i can do it?
