Transfered server from Live to Local. "href URL is not properly formatted"

So I transfeered from live to local which had SEO facebook on it.
Now when i try and used the none mobile version, I get this
I have tried uninstalling and re installing, although I think it has a cache somewhere as it does not ask me to re enter the details.
I tried to remove the tables but that did not work.
