transfered website from host to another now nothing working

hi i had website on my development server

now made it live here

nothing at frontend
in admin all plugin deactivated automatically now no plugin in admin i can see

in theme no theme is there

this is error we are getting in dashboard

ERROR: The themes directory is either empty or doesn’t exist. Please check your installation.

i have tried enough through database and files renaming but nothing is making website work

your help would be very helpful
