Transfering hosting

Hi – I followed instructions on how to transfer my site to different hosting and am now having issues. The instructions I followed had me switch the “wordpress address” (under settings) to the new website URL and keep the “site address” the old one. The site is now almost all up on the new hosting, but if I try switching the “site address” under the settings to the correct URL (to match the “wordpress address”) I can no longer log into the admin. The new site address is https://powerenfo.com and the old address is https://igsclienttest.info/empower-site/. I can also no longer log into the admin of the site from the old address (but I plan to delete these files anyway after this is all working correctly on the new site).

Is there something I need to update in the database? And if yes how would I go about doing that?

Thanks SO much for any help! I’ve been trying to figure this out by searching the forum, but am not having any luck.
