    Hi,

Is possible to transfer the call to a human BASED on the dialog ?

I known that you can do that option using the “phone” option that appears on a corner on the chatbot, but that is confusing to the user, I will like to do it on a more participative way, from dialog, so I can ask the user directly “Do you want to transfer to a human?” and be able to invoke that action.

Hello @agorostidi. Thank you for your question.
Unfortunately such functionality is not implemented yet.
We are going to consider adding this feature.
    Please stay tuned.

Hi @agorostidi i make an simple “integration” in a dialog node to invoke a whatsapp number.
Image of widget and dialog node here
Here the code and another options in the Whatsapp FAQ
If you want test, can use this bot from you smartphone here https://flashmobile.tel/ and enter the trigger to access to the Whatsapp Option Contact. The trigger is ASESOR. Try it, it′s working fine and the people that use it can contact to human using this option.

Using whatsapp like that appears to work only with Chrome as a client (at least, it does not work with Firefox out of the box). I checked some Whatsapp addons for Firefox but they don’t add the whatsapp:// protocol to the browser.

Tks @josiah-s-carberry any suggestions to make it work with Firefox?

@estabanp is a good approach, but not exactly what I was asking for, I was demanding to have a voip (twillio call) as I have now with the phone icon.

On the other hand, the solution you propose is good if you want to transfer to an human chat (besides the previus option, that transfer it to a call), but I would prefere to queue the chat to a system that allows me to use a pool of agents….otherwise I have a strong dependency of a single person been available and ready to answer…….
