Transfering WordPress

I have wordpress installed for one of my two domains (primary) and would like to move the other currently parked domain to another host. Can I also transfer the wordpress to that new host and domain from where its at now?

I have it on a .net domain and want to move it to another host when I have a temporary domain set up with them and before pointing my .com to them.
