I am trying to Transfer my www.ads-software.com Domain to WordPress.com . How do I do this, it would be nice to have a phone number to actually speak to someone regarding this. It is highly frustrating to not have any knowledge or be able to find any information on how to do this.

Support is provided by volunteers, there’s no one here to call. WordPress.com is a hosting company; they should be able to help you transfer your blog there.

As for your domain, you cannot transfer it to WordPress.com, as WordPress.com is not capable of accepting incoming domain transfers, but you can still use your domain with any WordPress.com site following this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/
