Transferred site onine…Only displaying index of/

    Ok after much hassle I’ve uploaded my local wordpress online…put it in the root directory no more in wordpress dir…imported the db with good paths for online site, and put the right db and password in ht.access. All I get is the index of/ instead of the page ?? appache etc. are handled by the host, so don’t come from this…

    Alos If I try to login to the admin https://www.spacessential.com/wp-admin here is what I get…

    Very frustrating please need help!

    Hum thanks for your input, too late for that, the whole site is built as a static site made of pages only- not rewriting it at this stage lol
    Don’t think I can use the post function in my permalink as my site is not made of post, but page! Hence the question, not sure how to set up the custom link with “page” ??

    If you’re using pages, your Permalink choice is moot. Pages are ALWAYS domain.com/pagename – End of story (which is why you shouldn’t use postname, you see ?? )

    After a whole day with this same problem I have found the solution for the index of/ problem.

    Thanks mauricioquito I have solved the problem by now I should have closed the discussion sorry!

    Well a month ago I have the same problem for my site https://www.techispot.com , when I copy it db and wordpress all files from one hosting to another. There was same url errors while login etc.
    So I make a trick sharing with you guys may it work with you.
    I newly install my site again on server. After installation, I setup my db again with my old db in which I has data etc from wp-config .
    So it work and I get back my data theme etc again.
