Transferring a free wordpress.com site to a hosting service

Hi,

I want to transfer my free wordpress.com site to my bluehost service. I want to convert my site https://archaeoadventures to a www.ads-software.com type of site. I plan to use the Arras theme. I did by the url through godaddy.

How do I transfer all of my content and the name to my hosting service? I did contact bluehost but have not heard back from them.
