Transferring Blog Data

So goDaddy screwed up my database and is not willing to go any further in trying to fix it (they obviously have no clue of what to do). I now want to just start my WordPress blog over, but have a way to import posts, comments, photos, etc. Does anyone have any instructions on how to do this. I have no clue on the MyPHP or SQL nonsense, so giving me info on that is not useful. I have backed up my site with UpdraftPlus Backups, but am just biting my nails not wanting to lose anything.
