Transferring data from domain.com take very long time

    Hello sir,

    Inside Wise Chat Settings , after click External Login not showing on the right. Message from browser left corner bottom ” Transferring data from domain.com …” waiting for long time not showing in the right.

    This also same happen situation if I click Messages Posting , Moderation , Permissions , and so on. Something like stuck.

    The condition my website is have >70,000 posts and each posts have each chat window.

    What is happen ?

    Hello @edyzen

    The left side menu on Wise Chat Settings page works without re-loading the site. Are you sure your browser is re-loading the site after clicking “External Login” item?

    Hello

    Yes , the browser is re-loading the site after clicking “External Login” item , and in the right side still showing General Settings , the browser still loading for long time

    Please compare the actual WordPress site URL with the “External Login” item link. Maybe something (a plugin) is changing the URL somehow.
