Transferring Data from One Website to ANother

  • Im not a techie.

    I downloaded the plugins and themes from one website in zipfiles and now I want to upload that data to another WP website dont ask why ??

    I dont know what I need to install on the new website that will allow me to upload these two zipfiles and have the content of the old WP website on a new WP website.

    I have the new website up and running and have activated the same theme that was running on the old site.

    Can someone please tell me what to do?
