Transferring from own host to WordPress.com

Not sure we’re the best folks to ask. Have you tried your question at the wordpress.COM forums? https://wordpress.com/forums/

I’d imagine you’d use the RSS import to get your posts. Unless things have changed over there, you’d probably be using copy/paste for your WP pages and would likely lose comments unless you did them one by one.
