transferring hosted blog

    Hi.

    I have 2 installations of wordpress on my server. I had the main visable installation running from /blog and the backup, which I was using as a beta version, running from /backup. I am now ready to make the installation in /backup the main installation. How do I transfer that installation to the main installation? The only real changes was in the theme?
